This Privacy Policy explains how Paybazaar Technologies Private Limited ("PayBazaar", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects the personal information of merchants, distributors and visitors who use our website, mobile app and merchant portal, in line with applicable Indian data protection law including the IT Act, 2000. By using the platform you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.
Aadhaar, biometric and financial account details are treated as Sensitive Personal Data (SPDI) and given the highest level of protection.
We do not sell or rent personal data. Limited sharing may occur with banking partners (for AEPS/DMT settlement), UIDAI (Aadhaar authentication), NPCI/BBPS (bill payments), KYC verification vendors, and service providers such as SMS/email and hosting partners — each bound by data-protection obligations. Data may also be disclosed where required by law or to protect PayBazaar, users or the public.
We apply 256-bit SSL/TLS in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, OTP-based multi-factor login, firewalls, access controls and periodic security audits. Even so, no method of transmission is completely secure. Data is retained only as long as needed — for example KYC records for 5 years after account closure and transaction records for 7 years — after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.
The website uses essential, analytics, preference and (consent-based) marketing cookies. Essential cookies cannot be disabled without affecting site functionality; others can be managed through your browser.
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of your data, and can opt out of marketing at any time by writing to support@paybazaar.co.in with your registered mobile number. Requests are handled within 30 days, though some data must be retained where regulation requires it.
Our services are intended only for adults aged 18 and above. Any data found to belong to a minor, collected without guardian consent, will be deleted promptly.

This policy may be revised from time to time; material changes are notified to registered merchants by SMS or email, and the "Last Updated" date is refreshed on the site. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
This policy governs cancellations, refunds and disputes for transactions processed through PayBazaar. Because AEPS, DMT, bill payment, recharge and Micro ATM services are processed in real time, cancellations and refunds are subject to the conditions below.
Automatic eligibility applies to failed transactions where the wallet was debited without completion, duplicate deductions caused by a technical error, failed wallet top-ups, DMT amounts returned by the beneficiary bank, and Micro ATM debits without cash dispensed. Transactions pending over 4 hours, platform-side errors, or verified outages are reviewed case by case.
Successful recharges, confirmed bill payments, completed AEPS withdrawals, completed DMT credits, platform fees, and errors caused by the merchant entering wrong details are not refundable.
Requests raised after 24 hours of the transaction may not be entertained.
Wallet balance is non-transferable and usable only on the platform; on account closure, any unused balance (after dues) is refunded within 7–14 working days. Commissions on fraudulent, disputed, returned or system-error transactions may be reversed, and pending commissions on suspended accounts may be forfeited.
Disputes must be raised within 24 hours and are typically resolved in 3–7 working days (complex cases up to 30 days); PayBazaar's decision after investigation is final. Accounts found processing fraudulent transactions are suspended immediately, with losses recovered from the merchant and full cooperation extended to law enforcement.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Paybazaar Technologies Private Limited governing your use of the PayBazaar website, mobile app, merchant portal and services. Registering or using the platform means you accept these Terms along with the Privacy Policy and other referenced policies.
You must provide accurate registration details and complete KYC (Aadhaar, PAN, selfie, bank details); accounts are typically activated within 24 business hours. You are responsible for keeping login credentials, passwords and OTPs confidential, and must promptly report any unauthorised access.
AEPS, Domestic Money Transfer, BBPS bill payments, mobile/DTH recharge, Micro ATM and Cash Management Services — all subject to availability and regulation. PayBazaar may add, change or discontinue services at any time.
Commissions are credited to the wallet on successful completion of each transaction and are subject to TDS. Rates may be revised with 7 days' notice; commissions on disputed, failed or reversed transactions are not payable, and wallet-to-bank withdrawals are processed within 1–2 business days.
Fraudulent or unauthorised transactions, money laundering, AEPS without the customer's physical presence and consent, multiple/shared accounts, misrepresentation, hacking or interfering with the platform, overcharging customers, and unauthorised use of PayBazaar's branding or content are all strictly prohibited and may lead to suspension, termination or legal action.
PayBazaar is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from platform use, technical failures, or third-party (bank/NPCI/UIDAI) failures; total liability to any merchant is capped at commissions paid in the preceding 30 days. You agree to indemnify PayBazaar against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, fraud on your account, or misrepresentation to customers.
PayBazaar may suspend or terminate an account for policy violations, suspicious activity, expired KYC, illegal conduct, or as required by law. On termination, any remaining wallet balance (after dues) is settled to your bank account within 7–14 business days. You may also request voluntary closure after settling pending dues.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Gurugram, Haryana having exclusive jurisdiction. Disputes are first raised with support (target: 7 business days), escalate to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 if unresolved, and finally to the Gurugram courts.
Terms may be revised at any time; material changes are notified to merchants at least 7 days in advance via SMS/email. Continuing to use the platform after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
